OVERVIEW At Engraved Fashion, we are committed to delivering your orders to you in the most efficient and timely manner possible. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with all the information you need about our shipping process, rates, and delivery times.
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS We currently offer shipping services only to customers in Canada and the United States.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING METHODS We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
For customers living in the Calgary, Alberta area, we provide a free delivery option to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RATES We have simplified our shipping process with two shipping fees. For Canadian residents, we have a standard shipping fee of $10 CAD and $30 CAD for our express shipping fee. For US residents, our standard shipping fee is $20 CAD, and $35 CAD for our express shipping option. These prices apply to orders under $149.99 CAD. For orders exceeding $149.99 CAD, we provide free standard shipping, and for orders exceeding $199.99 CAD, we provide free express shipping.
SECTION 4 - DELIVERY TIMES
- Pre-Made Orders: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 week. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Canada and 5-10 business days to the United States.
- Pre-Orders: Production time is approximately 3-6 weeks. Once received on our end, we will dispatch it to you within a week. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Canada and 5-10 business days to the United States.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, and customs clearance.
SECTION 5 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS We do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products due to the nature of the clothing industry. We strongly encourage customers to review their order before finalizing it to ensure they have selected the correct size, colour, and style.
Please note that Engraved Fashion is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by our delivery partners. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your package, please contact the delivery partner directly.
